Customers are required to send the parcel back to us through a courier service. Please ensure the product is properly packed to avoid any damage during transit.
4. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We do not offer reverse pickup service at the moment.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days with clear pictures. Our team will review the issue and guide you accordingly.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are usually completed within a few working days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
